For years, we have helped cities, state agencies, and other local government entities in implementing programs funded by the California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle), including:
Used Oil Payment Program
Reducing illegal disposal through safe alternatives and expanded recycling opportunities
Case Study
In 2025, we are partnering with the City of Oceanside to support its used oil and filter collection program. Our support includes conducting required site visits and evaluating each Certified Collection Center where residents can recycle used motor oil and filters. We also assist with data collection and the preparation of the OPP16 Annual Report, as well as developing education and outreach initiatives to inform the public about the importance of recycling oil and filters.

Case Study
In 2025, we are partnering with the City of Rancho Santa Margarita to engage students as leaders in recycling and pollution reduction. In our custom Trash and Recycling Program, students lead educational campaigns, install recycling containers, coordinate collection efforts, and share results with the City and CalRecycle.
